Letter from the developer:
Hello! It's been 5 months since my last game, and initially I set out to make another free short horror title with some expanded features that offered a little more polished experience than 67 Minutes in Heaven, but it would seem the scope of this project has gotten away from me! Because of the size of this game, I have decided to release a demo for now, and a paid game at a later date (I am thinking by end of year or early next year). This demo encompasses the first in game day, which is already the same length as 67 Minutes in Heaven was! I am estimating the game will take place over about the course of 4 days, for about 1.5-2 hours of gameplay. It will be launched simultaneously on both itch and Steam! Please give me a wishlist on Steam to help with my visibility!

Note regarding AI disclaimer: I have tagged this game as having used AI "graphics" and I just want to provide some clarity on what that means. All 3d models and textures used in this game were made by a human, except for the non-neutral facial expression variants of the NPCs. Their photorealistic neutral facial expression texture was still human made, however AI was used to alter those textures into different facial expressions, because due to them being photos, I couldn't really do that any other way.

Created by the same developer behind 37 Minutes in Heaven, Thiccfoot immediately kicks off with a cinematic, dialogue-heavy intro that sets up a chaotic camping trip. While the opening acts play out with snappy banter, bizarre character dynamics, and comedic relief (like Burger stranding everyone without food), the atmosphere gradually tightens into an unsettling, slow-burn mystery.
Strengths & Highlights
The Verdict
A compelling, well-crafted horror demo that balances eccentric humor with legit tension. It hooks you into its story quickly enough that wishlisting the full release on Steam feels like a no-brainer.
lets go a new game!
Hi!
I recently discovered your game and really liked it, very retro :)
I've just started a new Reddit community called r/RetroFrontier, dedicated to retro gaming, classic computing, homebrew projects and modern creative experimentation.
One of the ideas behind it is to create a welcoming environment for indie developers who use AI in their creative process, alongside those working with more traditional tools.
Would you be interested in presenting your game there?
Here's the community:

It's still very new, but I'd love to build it into a place where interesting projects can be discovered and discussed.
Best regards!
Maximus
Hahahaha I will not confirm or deny that possibility. Thanks for playing!
